Ruth Clements has twenty years of successful negotiation and legal experience heading up the South Florida Water Management District's land acquisition program resulting in over 65,000 acres being acquired for the joint/state Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Project (CERP) and spearheading the finalization of the Kissimmee River Restoration land acquisition which resulted in the acquisition of over 102,000 acres of land with less than 1 % through condemnation. Extensive knowledge of Real Estate, Land Use, Contract, Open Government and Public Records Laws. Led Staff of over 50 while managing annual budget in excess of $100 million. Oversaw management of all South Florida Water Management Lands. Routinely presented to and advised nine member District Governing Board. Interacted with local, state, and federal authorities including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Interior. Charles Heard

Charles Heard was born in Wilkes County, Georgia July 9, 1938. He graduated from Wilkes County public schools in 1956. He began career with State Highway Department of Georgia later known as the Georgia Department of Transportation since reorganization in 1972. Studied Civil/Highway Engineering and Surveying through home study curriculum. Also attended evening classes at the University of Georgia. Retired in 1990, accepted an appointment for six years to serve on the Elbert County Board of Tax Assessors. Charles Heard Co-founded a land surveying partnership in 1993. He met the requirements for license by the State of Georgia as a Professional Surveyor.

Dr. Jim Granade, Jr.

    Dr. James A. Granade, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.S. Zoology and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Emory University School of Dentistry with Highest Honor.  Dr. Granade has been in the practice of dentistry in the Atlanta area for fifty-one years, founding LaVista Dentistry.  He is a Life Member of the American Dental Association, Honorable Fellow of the Georgia Dental Association, the Hinman Dental Society and  the Georgia Academy of Dental Practice. Dr. Granade has served in many leadership positions and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Dental Insurance Services.  He also participates in the Georgia Mission of Mercy providing dental services to the needy.
     A Charter Member of the Tucker Rotary Club, Dr. Granade has served in all offices including President when he led the Club to "Best Club" in the District.  He serves as Endowment Trustee for the Georgia Rotary Student Program.  Dr. Granade and his wife, Janet,  are Platinum Members of the President's Club of UGA.  He and Janet are members of the Mainland Advisory Council for Hawaii Baptist Academy receiving the President's Alii Eagle Circle Award.
     A native of Wilkes County, Dr. Granade is a member of the Washington-Wilkes SAR  and the KCBA.  Granade Farms received the award for the 2018 Georgia Tree Farm of the Year.
